Order Policies: Online Order: Please select the items you wish to purchase, and then process your payment thru the shopping cart. Payment will be processed via PayPal. You do not need a paypal account to complete the order, simply a credit card. If you so choose to use a paypal account, you are more then welcome, but it is not necessary for payment. Email order: Please email your order to info@snugglebugbabybows.ca Mail order: Please email our Sales Team or call 403-510-2727. Fax order: Please call us at 403-510-2727 prior to faxing your request.
Payment Policies: We accept payment from the following methods: Cash (for local pick-up or delivery shipping options only - please do not mail cash) Cheque, Money Order or Certified Check- Personal Checks will be deposited immediately upon receiving to reduce any delay prior to shipment. Please make cheques payable to: Snuggle Bug Baby Bows. All orders will be held until cheque has cleared. This could be up to 10 business days. Email-Interact Large banking institutions are now offering this service to clients and the service is associated with online banking. Some banks allow a couple of Email-Interact transactions free of charge each month but verify with your bank before using this service about their fees so you aren't surprised.
Shipping Policy: Shipping within Canada: At Snuggle Bug Baby Bows, we use Canada Post / Xpresspost to safely handle all of your purchases and ensure a timey guaranteed delivery. The average delivery time is between 3 -6 business days, depending on your location, in relation to Calgary. Please allow us 2 business days for us to dispatch your order. If you wish to use another method of delivery, please indicate to us the method and we will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note that there are increased costs for faster service. Shipping charges will vary according to volume, weight and destinations. Please feel free to inquire with our Sales Team (info@snugglebugbabybows.ca) about the estimated shipping charge on your intended order. Locally (Calgary): We will ship your product via Canada Post Ground (with tracking). If you wish to arrange for a drop off or pick up, please email our Sales Team (info@snugglebugbabybows.ca) and we will do our best to arrange a time and location that works for both parties. A minimal surcharge will be added to your order.
Regionally and Nationally: All shipments will be mailed via Canada Post / Xpresspost, in less otherwise arranged. Please allow up to 3-6 business days for delivery, from date of shipping.
Shipping to USA or Overseas: All shipments will be made via Canada Post (Canadian Postal Service). Please email our Sales Team (info@snugglebugbabybows.ca) if you wish to use another method, such as Fed Ex or UPS. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Any additional handling fees, taxes or duty are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. Please consult the appropriate shipping company and local customs office regarding inquiries about these possible charges / fees. Please note that all shipping guidelines are just that. We are not responsible for shipping times once they are in transit. We are only able to provide a guideline for the shipping time that has been relayed to us. Shipping times are also in addition to Snuggle Bug Baby Bows Processing times.
Refund Policy: At Snuggle Bug Baby Bows, we stand behind our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you or your snuggle bug are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a full refund. The return must be postmarked within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you receive product that was damaged during shipment, simply let us know within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will work with you to correct the error. You may also return the product back to us, but the return must be post marked within 2 days of receiving the product. All sale and clearance items are final sale.
